The challenge
Magnolias ran the clinic on physical records and spreadsheets: patient files on paper, a manual agenda with double-booking risk across rooms and practitioners, session packs and gift cards tracked by hand, and debts that slipped through unnoticed. With no unified metrics, every decision was made blind.
The solution
We built a custom management system that digitalizes the entire operation: patient files with clinical history and before/after photos, an interactive agenda with an anti-double-booking engine per room and practitioner, session packs that deduct automatically when attendance is marked, visual debt alerts and an internal metrics panel — appointments, cabin hours, star treatment and staff performance. The next phase connects a WhatsApp agent so patients book on their own.
