Privacy policy

Updated October 27, 2026

At Atom Labs AI ("Atom") we build AI-powered automations and assistants for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

What data we process

Data you give us when you contact us or book a meeting: name, email, phone, company and anything you tell us.

Data from messages exchanged with the assistants we operate, for example on WhatsApp: phone number, profile name, message content, and date and time.

Aggregated technical data about how the site is used, such as pages visited and device type.

Why we use it

To answer inquiries, schedule meetings and provide our services.

So automated assistants can reply to the messages they receive and hand them off to a person when needed.

To improve the site and our services.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Assistants we operate for clients

When an assistant runs on behalf of one of our clients, that client is the data controller and Atom processes the data only to provide the service and according to their instructions.

Who we share it with

With providers we need to deliver the service: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), AI providers that process message text to generate replies, and hosting and database services. Each processes the data under its own terms and only for that purpose.

We may also share it when required by law or by a competent authority.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or while the service lasts. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and stop receiving messages at any time. To do so, write to the contact email. If you talked to an assistant on WhatsApp, you can also ask in that same chat.

Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date.
