The challenge
Pixel Art sells custom decorative designs, and every sale is a mini-consultation: which image the customer wants, the wall measurements, whether installation is included, whether the file they send is print-ready. All of that ran through manual chat, quotes were built by hand and orders lived loose inside the conversation.
The solution
We built a WhatsApp agent developed in code — not visual flows — that runs the sale end to end: searches the image bank by theme, asks for a photo of the wall and measurements, tells a catalog order apart from a custom design, builds the itemized quote as a PDF and logs the order into a custom CRM with clients, pending orders and statuses. When a case calls for design judgment, it hands off to the team with full context.
