The challenge
Unlimited Insurance, a Miami insurance agency, handled calls and WhatsApp manually on top of their Bitrix24 CRM. Follow-up depended on each person, conversations rarely made it into the CRM consistently, and automating WhatsApp inside their existing connector turned out to be technically unfeasible.
The solution
We deployed a voice agent and a WhatsApp agent orchestrated with n8n and integrated into Bitrix24: they read and update contacts and deals in real time, trigger outbound calls and message templates when a contact changes stage in the CRM, log every interaction with recording, transcript and automatic summary, and pause whenever a human takes over the chat from the inbox. A metrics dashboard tracks volume, human-transfer rate, average duration and telephony cost.
